This book was published following FRED PERRY's 1934 Wimbledon victory, the first of his three titles at the All England Lawn Tennis Club. The book has interesting accounts of tournaments and Davis Cup matches, including Britain's regaining the trophy in 1933 after more than twenty years. Incredibly seven different countries had to be beaten in order for Britain to regain the coveted Davis Cup.
