The Final Programme of the 1978 Wimbledon Championships, signed by the men's singles champion that year, Bjorn Borg, who defeated Jimmy Connors in a repeat of the previous year's final. The ladies champion was Martina Navratilova, who won the first of her eighteen Grand Slam singles titles with a three set victory over Chris Evert.
