ARTHUR COLE was one of the first specialist tennis photographers, having taken his first tennis pictures as early as 1934. He founded the Le Roye photographic agency, later taken over by his son MICHAEL COLE, also a fine tennis photographer. This superb book was published in 1981 and contains a selection of Arthur Cole's Wimbledon photographs spanning forty five years.
