Hook Lawn Tennis Club August 26 2015
One of our customers is researching the history of local lawn tennis clubs in the Chessington, Surbiton and Kingston area, and is particularly looking for information about HOOK LAWN TENNIS CLUB. The club was based in King Edward Recreation Ground, Chessington, Surrey and closed down around 1979 or 1980. It competed in Surrey LTA team competitions and in the annual Sterry Cup which was run under the auspices of the Surbiton Open Spaces Lawn Tennis Association.
